I bought this for a family member to celebrate his birthday. Regretfully, I did not capture his reaction on video or through pics. Let me tell you - he cried! He was quite overcome by emotion when he took the entire artwork in. I'm not sure I'll ever be able to top this gift!

I actually had ordered a different picture and when it didn’t arrive on time I contacted CS. When I didn’t get a response I tried calling them. Their phone number does not work. After 4 weeks they sent another picture even though I requested a refund. I ordered a larger picture since I still loves the idea of this as a gift. I received the original order which I HATED and have tried repeatedly to contact someone about a refund. I do like the second picture I ordered and the size is great. I wish their customer service was better and more accessible when there is a problem. And I would still like my original purchase refunded as I requested since I received it 2 months after ordering and I didn’t like it.

The picture is great! The key is choosing the right head shot and pet picture. Make sure the shadowing looks pretty close. They can't work miracles with bad shadows or low quality photos. They won't be able to change skin tones on their backgrounds (hands) so don't be surprised if they don't match. Mine turned out great and I'm very pleased with the final product. In all honesty though, this company needs work on communication. I understand that the holidays were a difficult time, but they need to let people know what's going on with their order and respond to e-mail inquiries within 24 hours. I had multiple e-mails completely ignored and their phone number doesn't work, which left me and quite a few others wondering if this was a scam. I'm glad to say it all turned out well, but this young business has a few lessons to learn regarding customer service.

The photo is great BUT the customer service is horrible!! It took over a month for it to be delivered and there was a 10 days that I emailed and reached out to them twice a day and NO ONE contacted me back ... the item finally showed up.

The only reason I did not rate 5 stars was the picture wasn’t as deep in color as I thought it looked in the preview, and because it took such a long time to get and communication get slim after shipping. Even emailed to check on it and never heard a response. I still love it despite that though.

I LOVE this portrait and cannot wait to give it to my husband for Christmas! It is the perfect gift for him and his “girl”, Boots, our rescue mastiff. I knew it would be a fun, fanciful gift but wasn’t prepared for the quality of work. Everything from the canvas to the proportion and placement of their photos is really incredible. Item took over 4 weeks to get when the website says it will be completed in 5-7 business days. They didn’t put the crown on the dog like they were supposed to and my husband’s head was off kilter from the body. I reached out to costumer service several times since this was a gift and I needed to know a ship date but only got a response to one of the messages. The message was very generic. Will probably not order from them again.

The frame and the photo is truly wonderful, the frame is very solid and worth the money.
. My huge disappointment is I had to pay a further £20.93 customs before it was delivered.
This has made it very expensive. I think you should be saying about the custom charge on your advertising as some people may not be able to afford this extra cost

Would suggest proofing a preview of the job as ours was great, but would have been fantastic if our dog was larger in the print.
