This was an awesome experience! The only challenge was getting one of our dogs to sit still enough to take a decent photo. My husband loves it and I’ve shown all of our friends our very regal portrait! Because some of my photos weren’t great (angle, lighting, etc.), I worked with their customer service who was attentive, prompt, friendly, and actually listened to my preferences with what I was hoping to accomplish. It turned out better than I had hoped for! Our King and his three furry consorts will for sure find a place of honor on the wall in our home!

The picture was phenomenal! The skin is a tad pale but it works. However, it did not get to us when they said it would and there was zero communication about it. I tried contacting through email, website, chat, and Facebook and heard nothing. I would have appreciated an email or better yet an email and a $10 refund since it did not get here as promised. SO the picture I give 5 stars the customer service, 1.

First of all, the portrait turned out absolutely amazing. The quality of the work is really well represented by the pictures on the website.
Secondly, the customer service was great and the updates on the status of the order were really helpful. They were able to expedite the order so that it arrived in time for Christmas, which was a wonderful surprise.

When I sent an email checking the status, they shipped the product as soon as they could and they expedited the shipping so and I was able to receive it before Christmas. The final product is great but this was a horrible experience overall. I ordered 11/21 and didn’t hear a word until I followed up a few weeks later only to learn a new pet photo was needed. Was someone going to tell me? Then it was a week for a sample, and then silence. I sent multiple emails with no response. Finally it magically arrived via 2 day air, which I assume was to try and make up for the excessive duration of the order, and while it’s good it was on time I shouldn’t have to wait near a few days shy of a month based on when I ordered and the production times quoted. Super frustrating.
