I bought the 12 x 16 option of "The Admiral" for my husband's Christmas gift. Our mastiff is truly his baby, and he still can't believe that I had this made for him. My personal experience reflects poor customer service, but good product. I ordered on 11/28 with ensured delivery for Christmas. The website said the item would be shipped within 9 business days. 15 business days later I still had not received word about my order. So I emailed. No reply. Emailed again the next day, still no answer. I then stalked their Facebook page and saw some alarming things and commented on a few of the posts. That prompted what I believe was an auto generated message from them through fb messenger. Relieved I replied a lengthy message detailing my strife, but again, received no reply. At this point I believed I had been scammed. Shockingly and out of the blue, 3 days later I received a shipping notification. I was still in disbelief thinking there was no way. But, lo and behold, my order arrived! The product is great! I do wish they would have taken more care to blend or hide our fur babies leash from the portrait, but all in all it’s good. While the customer service area is sorely lacking, or actually it’s non-existent, I’m happy with what I got.

The quality of the canvas is great, and arrived on time (the tracking info didn't update until after it was delivered but that didn't bother me).
Only small thing I could criticise is that the head of the person looks slightly "floaty". If it was blended onto the body a little better I'd happily give 5*. Good work overall!

First, I would like to say that I absolutely love the portrait! The quality is good, the price was reasonable and production and shipping was fairly quick.
Although the order I placed arrived, there was a mix up on the photos and somehow the wrong dog was placed in the portrait. I will say customer service was very quick to respond and make sure that it was corrected quickly at no added charge to re-ship the item.

Looked rather like a cheap cut-n-paste job. I paid extra for a preview and when it came I requested that the dog in the picture was made lighter as she had completely faded into the dark background and was difficult to see. This was ignored and the final picture was exactly as the preview which makes it very difficult to see her. Was expensive for the quality and postage was extremely costly too. Would not recommend.

The team was great to work with and the receiver of this gift loved it. I would have liked to see a proof of the final product before it being made and shipped, as it could have been tweaked a little. The Golden Retriever was not in proper proportion to the rest of the portrait and the human face was a little dark.
