Received a defective item or your order got damage? No worries! We will send you a new one free of charge as long as you contact us at support@pawmoments.help within 30 days of your date of delivery. Include a photograph demonstrating the poor quality or the damaged area of the item. The most optimal pictures should be taken on a flat surface, with the tag and error of the items clearly displayed. We’ll send you replacements as soon as we confirm the situation, no need to return the defective ones. We will use this information to help you with your order, and eliminate errors in the future.



Just not happy with your purchase? You can send us an email at support@pawmoments.help , your request will be reviewed and we will work with you until you're satisfied with your replacement, provided that you've followed our photo guidelines initially.

Want to change or cancel your order? We can cancel an order that has not been processed yet. In order to cancel your order, we must hear from you within 2 hours from the moment of ordering. Otherwise, your order will be processed and shipped out according to our terms. Please note that any orders that have already been packed or shipped cannot be canceled. Order lost in transit? In some rare cases your order can take longer to arrive. Although this is due to shipping conditions we do not directly control, we can offer you a full refund if your order is not delivered within 45 days since shipping

Refunds

Our main priority is your satisfaction and we understand that somethimes not everything goes as planned. If you're still not happy with your revised replacement product we will offer you a full refund as long as you've followed our photo guidelines and cooperated during the art revision process.

Digital products are non-refundable

If you received an incorrect or damaged product, let us know and we will send a replacement asap! Please note that we do not refund faulty order, we do replace them as quick as possible!

Our refund policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Please carefully inspect your shipment as soon as you receive it. We will only offer replacements or exchanges for defective/damaged products or when you're not 100% happy when requested within 30 days of the date of delivery. We do not offer replacements or exchanges beyond this point.
